The Financial Services Commission (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Financial Services Commission (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2002[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      (1)      The Financial Services Commission (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2002 shall, subject to the provisions of subsection (2), come into force on the 1st November, 2002.

 

(2)      Paragraphs (u), (v), (y), (z) and (aa) of section 1 of the Financial Services Commission (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2002 shall come into force on the 1st February, 2003.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Financial Services Commission (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002.
