The Financial Services Ombudsman (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018
 
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 6 and 27 of the Financial Services Ombudsman (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2014[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
 
Amendment of the Law.
1.      In paragraph 2(7) of Schedule 2 to the Financial Services Ombudsman (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2014, substitute "2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019" for "2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018".
 
Citation.
2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Financial Services Ombudsman (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018.
 
Commencement.
3.      This Ordinance shall come into force on the 13th December, 2018.
