The Insurance Managers and Insurance Intermediaries (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 80 of the Insurance Managers and Insurance Intermediaries (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. The Insurance Managers and Insurance Intermediaries (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002 shall come into force on the 5^th November, 2002.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Insurance Managers and Insurance Intermediaries (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002.
