The Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2007, (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 35(2) of the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2007[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law of 2008.

1. The provisions of the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2007 not brought into force by section 35(1) of that Law shall come into force on the 29^th October 2008.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2007 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008.
