(Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Commencement)
Ordinance, 2021
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 83 of the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020[a], hereby order:-
Commencement of Protection of Investors Law.
1. The Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020 shall come into force on the 1st November, 2021.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Commencement) Ordinance, 2021.
