The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 59 and 62(2) of the Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 shall come into force on the 1st April, 2001.

 

Prescribed date for purposes of Law.

2.      The prescribed date for the purposes of section 59 of the Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 shall be the 1st June, 2001.

 

Citation.

3.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
