The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 16(2) of the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st January, 2002.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
