The Sea Fish Licensing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 25 of the Sea Fish Licensing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. The Sea Fish Licensing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012 shall come into force on the 1^st February, 2013.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sea Fish Licensing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012.
