The Guernsey Gambling Control Commission Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 28 of the Guernsey Gambling Control Commission Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Guernsey Gambling Control Commission Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 30th January, 2002.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Guernsey Gambling Control Commission Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
