The By-election Ordinance, 2001

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Article 29(3) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948 as amended[a], hereby order:-

Date for by-election for the office of People's Deputy.

1. An election to fill the casual vacancy in the office of People's Deputy for the electoral district of the Parish of the Castel arising upon the resignation of that office by David John Nussbaumer shall be held on Wednesday 21^st March, 2001

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the By-election Ordinance, 2001.
