The By-election (Saint Sampson) Ordinance, 2003

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Article 29(3) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948 as amended[a], hereby order:-

Date of election.

1. An election to fill the casual vacancy in the office of People's Deputy for the electoral district of the Parish of Saint Sampson arising upon the death of Peter Alfred Corbet Falla shall be held on Wednesday, 12^th November, 2003.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the By-election (Saint Sampson) Ordinance, 2003.
