The Elections Ordinance, 2024

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolutions of the 23^rd May, 2024[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Article 29(3) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948 as amended[b], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Date of 2025 General Election.

1. The date for the General Election of People's Deputies to be held in June 2025 shall be the 18^th June, 2025.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Elections Ordinance, 2024.
