(Commencement) Ordinance, 2004

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Public Functions (Transfer and Performance) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1991[a] and section 8 of the Machinery of Government (Transfer of Functions) (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2003[b], hereby order:-

Commencement of Transfer of Functions Ordinance.

1. The Machinery of Government (Transfer of Functions) (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2003 shall come into force on the 6^th May, 2004.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Machinery of Government (Transfer of Functions) (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2003 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004.
