The Publication of Official Notices (Guernsey) Law, 2024 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Publication of Official Notices (Guernsey) Law, 2024 [a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Commencement of 2024 Law.

1. The Publication of Official Notices (Guernsey) Law, 2024 shall come into force on 1^st November, 2024.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Publication of Official Notices (Guernsey) Law, 2024 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024.
