The States Audit Commission (Guernsey) (Repeal) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004

THE STATES LEGISLATION COMMITTEE, in exercise of the powers conferred on the States by section 3 of the States Audit Commission (Guernsey) (Repeal) Law, 2004[a] and on the Committee by Article 66(3) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948, as amended[b], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. The States Audit Commission (Guernsey) (Repeal) Law, 2004 shall come into force on the 6^th May, 2004.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the States Audit Commission (Guernsey) (Repeal) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004.
