The Mental Health (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2010, (Commencement) Ordinance, 2013

THE STATES, in the exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 108(1) of the Mental Health (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2010[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of the 2010 Law.

1. The Mental Health (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2010 shall come into force on the 8^th April, 2013.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mental Health (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2010 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2013.
