The Housing (Control of Occupation) (Extension) Ordinance, 2011

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 27^th April, 2011[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 77 of the Housing (Control of Occupation) (Guernsey) Law, 1994[b] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Extension of the Housing (Control of Occupation) (Guernsey) Law, 1994.

1. The Housing (Control of Occupation) (Guernsey) Law, 1994, as amended, shall remain in force until 31^st December, 2013.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Housing (Control of Occupation) (Extension) Ordinance, 2011.
