THE POLICY & RESOURCES COMMITTEE, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Article 66A of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948[a], section 4 of the Housing (Standards and Regulation) (Enabling Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2021[b], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Commencement of the Law.

1.                   The Housing (Standards and Regulation) (Enabling Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2021 shall come into force on 18^th June, 2025.

2.Citation.

2.                   This Ordinance may be cited as the Housing (Standards and Regulation) (Enabling Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2021 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2025.

Commencement.

3.                   This Ordinance shall come into force on the day it is made.
