The Intellectual Property (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2005

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5 of the Intellectual Property (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2004[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Intellectual Property (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2004 shall come into force on the 27th April, 2005.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Intellectual Property (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2004 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2005.
