The Matrimonial Causes (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2022 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 55 of the Matrimonial Causes (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2022[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

1.Commencement of the Law.

1.                   The Matrimonial Causes (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2022 shall come into force on 19^th July, 2024.

2.Citation.

2.                   This Ordinance may be cited as the Matrimonial Causes (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2022 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024.
