The Parochial Taxation (Reserve Funds) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2004

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 30^th October, 2003[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1(3) of the Parochial Taxation (Reserve Funds) (Guernsey) Law, 1997[b], hereby order:-

Amendment of 1997 Law.

1. In section 1(3) of the Parochial Taxation (Reserve Funds) (Guernsey) Law, 1997 for "£50,000" substitute "£100,000".

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Parochial Taxation (Reserve Funds) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2004.
