The Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 1997 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 1997[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 1997 shall come into force on the 1st May, 2001.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 1997 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
