The Population Management (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Population Management (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2019[a] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
Commencement of the Population Management (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2019.
1. The Population Management (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2019 shall come into force on the 22nd May, 2020.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Population Management (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020.
