The Motor Taxation and Licensing (Guernsey) Law, 1987 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

THE STATES LEGISLATION COMMITTEE, in exercise of the powers conferred on the States by section 30 of the Motor Taxation and Licensing (Guernsey) Law, 1987, as amended[a], and on the Legislation Committee by article 66 of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948, as amended[b], hereby orders:-

Commencement of section 13 of Law.

1. Section 13 of the Motor Taxation and Licensing (Guernsey) Law, 1987, as amended, shall come into force on the 21^st May, 2001.

Citation and commencement.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Taxation and Licensing (Guernsey) Law, 1987 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001 and shall come into force on the 21^st May, 2001.
