The Vehicular Traffic (Control of Parking on Certain States Land) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2000

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 9th day of February, 2000[a], hereby order:-

Amendment to Ordinance of 1988.

1. The Vehicular Traffic (Control of Parking on Certain States Land) Ordinance, 1988, as amended[b], is amended by adding the following at the end of the Schedule thereto:-

"9. Albert Pier, Saint Peter Port.

10. Victoria Pier, Saint Peter Port.

11. Castle Pier, Saint Peter Port, between the junction with South Esplanade and the south-west corner of the Model Yacht Pond.".

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Vehicular Traffic (Control of Parking on Certain States Land) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2000.
