The Boats and Vessels (Registration, Speed Limits and Abatement of Noise) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2005

THE STATES LEGISLATION SELECT COMMITTEE, in pursuance of the Resolution of the States of the 10^th March, 2004^a[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Committee by Article 66(3) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948^b[b], hereby orders:-

Amendment of 1970 Ordinance.

1. In Part II, section 8(2)(b), of the Boats and Vessels (Registration, Speed Limits and Abatement of Noise) Ordinance, 1970,^c[c] as amended, for "22^nd April, 1994" substitute "10^th March, 2004".

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Boats and Vessels (Registration, Speed Limits and Abatement of Noise) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2005.

Commencement.

3. This Ordinance shall come into force on the 13^th June, 2005.
