The Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance, 2003

THE STATES LEGISLATION COMMITTEE, in pursuance of the Resolution of the States of 24^th September 2003[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on the States by sections 6 and 35 of the Health Service (Benefit) (Guernsey) Law, 1990[b] and on the Committee by Article 66(3) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law 1948[c], hereby orders:-

Amendment of Ordinance of 30^th October.

1. Section 1 of the Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2003[d] is hereby repealed.

Extent.

2. This Ordinance shall have effect in the Islands of Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Jethou.

Citation.

3. This Ordinance may be cited as the Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance, 2003.

Commencement.

4. This Ordinance shall come into force on 1^st January, 2004.
