The Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001

THE STATES LEGISLATION COMMITTEE, in pursuance of the Resolution of the States of the 27^th September, 2001[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on the States by sections 6, 13 and 35 of the Health Service (Benefit) (Guernsey) Law, 1990, as amended[b] and on the Legislation Committee by article 66 of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948, as amended[c], hereby orders:-

Amendment of 1990 Ordinance.

1. For Schedule 1 to the Health Service (Benefit) Ordinance, 1990, as amended[d], substitute the schedule set out in the Schedule to this Ordinance.

Repeal.

2. The Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2000[e] is repealed.

Extent.

3. This Ordinance shall have effect in the Islands of Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Jethou.

Citation.

4. This Ordinance may be cited as the Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001.

Commencement.

5. This Ordinance shall come into force on the 1^st January, 2002.
