The Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 26^th day of September 2002[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 35 and 39 of the Health Service (Benefit) (Guernsey) Law, 1990[b], as amended and all other powers enabling them, hereby order:-

Amendment of Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002.

1. In section 2(b) of the Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002[c] -

(a) for "paragraph (ii)" substitute ""the said Resolution""; and

(b) delete the semi-colon appearing after "basis".

2. For the avoidance of doubt, references in the Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002 to the "1990 Law" and "the Law" are references to the Health Service (Benefit) (Guernsey) Law, 1990.

Extent.

3. This Ordinance shall have effect in the Islands of Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Jethou.

Citation.

4. This Ordinance may be cited as the Health Service (Benefit) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003.
