The Health Service (Benefit) (Rates of Medical Benefit) Ordinance, 2004

 

THE STATES LEGISLATION COMMITTEE, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the States by sections 6 and 35 of the Health Service (Benefit) (Guernsey) Law, 1990[a], as amended and on the Committee by Article 66(3) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948[b], as amended, hereby orders:-

 

Amendment of 1990 Law.

1.      (1)      In sections 6(2)(a) and (b) of the Health Service (Benefit) (Guernsey) Law, 1990, as amended, for "£8" and "£4" substitute "£12" and "£6".

 

Extent.

2.      This Ordinance shall have effect in the Islands of Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Jethou.

 

Citation.

3.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Health Service (Benefit) (Rates of Medical Benefit) Ordinance, 2004.

 

Commencement.

4.      This Ordinance shall come into force on the 1st day of March, 2004.
