The Long-term Care Insurance (Guernsey) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 37 of the Long-term Care Insurance (Guernsey) Law, 2002[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      (1)      Parts I, VIII and IX and section 5 of the Long-term Care Insurance (Guernsey) Law, 2002 shall come into force on the 1st January, 2003.

 

(2)      All provisions of the Long-term Care Insurance (Guernsey) Law, 2002 not brought into force by subsection (1) shall come into force on the 7th April 2003.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Long-term Care Insurance (Guernsey) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002.
