The Severe Disability Benefit and Carer's Allowance (Guernsey) Law, 2013 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2014

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 7 of the Severe Disability and Carer's Allowance (Guernsey) Law, 2013[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. The Severe Disability Benefit and Carer's Allowance (Guernsey) Law, 2013 shall come into force on the 1^st May, 2014.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Severe Disability Benefit and Carer's Allowance (Guernsey) Law, 2013 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2014.
