The Income Tax (States Trading Companies and Public Servants' Pension Scheme) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Income Tax (States Trading Companies and Public Servants' Pension Scheme) (Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Income Tax (States Trading Companies and Public Servants' Pension Scheme) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2001.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Income Tax (States Trading Companies and Public Servants' Pension Scheme) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
