The Public Transport (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2001

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 29th day of October, 1997[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 3 and 6 of the Public Transport (Guernsey) Law, 1984[b] hereby order:-

Amendment to Ordinance of 1986

1. In section 10(1)(a)(iii) of the Public Transport Ordinance, 1986 as amended[c], immediately after "drive" insert "(unless the Authority permits otherwise)".

Citation

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Transport (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2001.
