The Public Trustee (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 28(2) of the Public Trustee (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Public Trustee (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002 shall come into force on the 1st June, 2004.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Trustee (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004.
