The Post Office (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 48(1) of the Post Office (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Amendment of Law.

1.      In section 11(1) of the Post Office (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 after the word "tort" insert "or contract".

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Post Office (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001.

 

Commencement.

3.      This Ordinance shall come into force on the 1st October 2001.
