The Regulation of Utilities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 25 of the Regulation of Utilities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Regulation of Utilities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2001.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Regulation of Utilities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
