The States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 10^th July, 2002[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2 and 6 of the States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001[b], hereby order:-

Amendment of 2001 Ordinance.

1. (1) In section 7(2) of the States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 2001[c], for the words "Strategic and Corporate Plan" substitute "Policy and Resource Planning Report".

(2) In Schedule 1 to the States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 2001, entry 3 relating to Guernsey Telecoms Limited is repealed.

Extent.

2. This Ordinance has effect throughout the Bailiwick.

Citation.

3. This Ordinance may be cited as the States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002.
