The States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 8 of the States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2001.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the States Trading Companies (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
