The States Water Supply (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1991 Ordinance, 2004

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 6 of the States Water Supply (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1991[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The States Water Supply (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1991 shall come into force on the 1st July, 2004.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the States Water Supply (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1991 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004.
