The Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 35(2) of the Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2001.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
