The Transfer of States Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 15 of the Transfer of States Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Transfer of States Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2001.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Transfer of States Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
