The Wastewater Charges (Guernsey) Law, 2009 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2010

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 20 of the Wastewater Charges (Guernsey) Law, 2009[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. The Wastewater Charges (Guernsey) Law, 2009 shall come into force on the 1^st April, 2011.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Wastewater Charges (Guernsey) Law, 2009 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2010.
