The Noxious Weeds and Invasive Plants
(Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023
THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 5th July 2023, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 20(a) of the of the Interpretation and Standard Provisions (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2016[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
1. Amendment to the Ordinance.
1. In the Noxious Weeds and Invasive Plants (Sark) (Ordinance), 2001, in the First Schedule, after the entry "Docks of all kinds." insert "Hemlock water dropwort (patios - pain-faie)".
2. Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Noxious Weeds and Invasive Plants (Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023.
3. Commencement.
3. This Ordinance shall come into force on the 1st August 2023.
