The Live-Link Evidence in Civil Proceedings (Amendment) (Sark) Ordinance, 2021

THE Chief Pleas of Sark, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 22 of the Evidence in Civil Proceedings (Sark) Law, 2019[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Amendment of Ordinance.

For section 6 of the Live-Link Evidence in Civil Proceedings (Sark) Ordinance, 2020[b], substitute –

"Commencement.

This Ordinance shall come into force on the 21^st January, 2021.".

Citation.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Live-Link Evidence in Civil Proceedings (Amendment) (Sark) Ordinance, 2021.
