ORDINANCE OF THE CHIEF PLEAS

ENTITLED

The Fishing (Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009

THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 22^nd April, 2009 hereby order:-

Amendment to the Fishing (Sark) Ordinance, 1996.

1. In Section 22(1) (interpretation) of the Fishing (Sark) Ordinance, 1996 in the definition of "the Constable", immediately after "Vingtenier," insert "Assistant Constable(s) (Sea Fisheries),".

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fishing (Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009.
