The Fishing (Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019
 
 
THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 1st May, 2019, hereby order:-
 
Amendment of 1996 Ordinance.
1.      The Fishing (Sark) Ordinance, 1996[a] is amended as follows.
 
2.      In section 2 –
 
(a)      in the heading, for "and smelt" substitute ", smelt and wrasse",
 
(b)      in the text, for "or smelt" substitute ", smelt or live wrasse".
 
Citation.
3.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Fishing (Sark) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019.
