The Reform (Election of Speaker) (Sark) Ordinance, 2022
THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 23rd day of November, 2022, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 22A(5) of the Reform (Sark) Law, 2008[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
Date of election of Speaker.
1. The date for an election for the purpose of electing a Speaker of the Chief Pleas with effect from 27th February 2023 shall be 18th January, 2023.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Reform (Election of Speaker) (Sark) Ordinance, 2022.
