The Reform (Sark) (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2010 (Commencement No. 3) Ordinance, 2012

THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 28 of the Reform (Sark) (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2010[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. Those provisions of the Reform (Sark) (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2010 which have not already been brought into force[b] shall come into force on 27th February, 2013.

Interpretation.

2. (1) The Interpretation (Guernsey) Law, 1948[c] applies to the interpretation of this Ordinance.

(2) Any reference in this Ordinance to an enactment is a reference thereto as from time to time amended, re-enacted (with or without modification), extended or applied.

Citation.

3. This Ordinance may be cited as the Reform (Sark) (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2010 (Commencement No. 3) Ordinance, 2012.
