The Evictions (Stay of Execution) (Sark) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020

THE Chief Pleas of Sark, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 19th November, 2020, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 7 of the Evictions (Stay of Execution) (Sark) Law, 2019[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

The Evictions (Stay of Execution) (Sark) Law, 2019 shall come into force on the 30^th November, 2020.

Citation.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Evictions (Stay of Execution) (Sark) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2020.
